1. No Refund Policy

Once a property listing is submitted and posted on Lstrr.com, the amount paid (₹99) will not be refunded under any circumstances. This includes:

• Accidental Listings: If a user mistakenly posts a property or re-posts the same property, no refund will be provided.
• Before Listing Approval: If a user wishes to delete the listing before it is approved, they can manually delete the listing, but the ₹99 fee will not be refunded.

This no-refund policy helps maintain the integrity of the platform by ensuring that users are committed to their listings once submitted.

2. Cancellation Policy

While users are free to delete or edit their property listings at any time, cancellations will not result in a refund:

• Editing or Deleting Listings: Sellers can delete or modify their property listings at any time. However, the ₹99 charge will remain non-refundable.
• Fraudulent or Misleading Listings: If a listing is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or fake, it may be removed without prior notice, and the amount paid will not be refunded.

This policy ensures that the platform remains trustworthy and free from fraudulent listings while offering flexibility for sellers to update their ads.

3. Policy for Future Premium Plans

In the event that Lstrr.com introduces premium plans, the cancellation and refund policies for these plans may differ from the regular listing process:

• Premium/Featured Ads: Once a premium or featured ad is activated, cancellations will not be possible, and no refund will be provided for such ads.

Any future changes in the refund and cancellation policy for premium plans will be communicated clearly to all users upon the introduction of these plans.
